1.100.000 Syrians are officially registered in Lebanon as refugees, but those escaping the war are many more. Their hope to go back home once the war is over is starting to waver. Survival is guaranteed only by international aid and by the municipalities’ efforts.
Syrian Edge tells the stories of those who abandoned their land forced by the war, and of the Lebanese community.
The documentary is part of #4Syria, an awareness raising campaign carried out by GVC among the interventions to support Syrian refugees and the Lebanese population, financed by the European Commission’s Humanitarian Aid and Civil Protection Department (ECHO).
