Event organization
GVC appreciates and encourages the organization of fund-raising events in its favour by third parties. These initiatives contribute to the setting-up of projects in countries from the South of the world, where GVC is present.
GVC is the sole owner of the logo, a registered trademark in Italy and at international level. This is why you must ask GVC Marketing and Communication office for it, and apply it according to the graphic indications we will provide to you.
The initiative must be agreed upon with GVC Marketing and Communication Office; the promotional material specifically created (posters, leaflets, etc.), relating to the event, must be approved, in writing, by our offices before production.
Funds raised during the event must be sent to GVC Onlus via bank or mail draft at: GVC Onlus Villa Aldini, Via dell'Osservanza, 35/2 40136 Bologna.

The event organisers should register participants and donors, by listing the following: name, family name, mail address and e-mail, in order for us to inform them with our newsletter on fund utilisation and activities.
The forms will be sent by our offices before the event and should be sent back via e-mail or by fax to GVC Onlus.
