Bequests
GVC's activities can also be supported with a bequest. This form of donation is exempted from inheritance tax, and can be deducted from the net value of the estate in the tax computing. if there are no relatives, naming GVC as sole beneficiary would stop the estate from being reverted to the State.
The donor's will may be established in two ways:
-with a holographic, namely written on one's own hand, testament;
-with a public testament, written from dictation by a notary public at the presence of two witnesses.
