DONATION DEDUCTION
GVC Italia is an O.N.L.U.S. (Non Profit Organisation of Social Utility) and therefore, with respect to art. 13 of Law Decree 460 of 4/12/97, every donation in its favour can be deducted from the income statement at a 19% rate, computed on a maximum of 2,065.83 Euros. In alternative, the donated amount can be deducted for a maximum figure not exceeding 10% of overall taxable income, and in any case for not more than 70,000.00 euros a year (art. 14 par. 1 of Law Decree 35/05, enacted in Law n. 80 of 14/05/2005). Therefore, please keep with you:
• Bank account statements in case of donations sent by bank draft or domiciliation.
• Account slips of CartaSì/Visa/Mastercard, American Express or Diners circuits, in case of donations sent via credit card. The statements will be needed in order to deduct the amount donated from the income statement.
