What it is
The commitment shown by company's personnel, thanks to the company's support and encouragement, to actively participate in voluntary activities, through the transfer of skills and practical aid to GVC.
How to do it
-Starting from an initial referral from employees interested in voluntary work, or as the result of a special event organised by us, the company decides to offer its support.
-The action is designed and set up by the company, on special occasions such as transition phases and career changes, and it is based on the concept of fostering employees' skills and self-reliance.
